This time last week I was catching the sun on my balcony in Barcelona. This weekend, I’m not. That’s not to say that I’m not enjoying a relaxing weekend but still, there’s a lot less sun and a lot more layers!

This week I’ve been catching up on some of my favourite blogs:

What plans do you have for this Sunday?

This weekend Fashion Week hits London and I’m currently soaking up the atmosphere in the capital. This season I’m taking things a little easier than previously. But to see what I’ve been up to, check out my Instagram feed: @sugarandspiceSG

I’ll be spending my looooong train journey home checking in on some of my favourite blogs:

What have you been reading this week? Have you found any new blogs recently?

I always love fashion blogs that champion DIYs. Particular favourites include I Spy DIY and A Pair and a Spare. But actually sitting down and a doing a DIY? Well, it doesn’t happen often:

With summer on my mind, I’ve been soaking up holiday inspired posts on some of my favourite blogs:

This week has mainly been about trying to keep cool in the heat of the day – and the night, too – and to get out in the sunshine as much as possible. This weekend is certainly about soaking up every single ray of sunshine, throwing on my favourite denim shorts and lying lazily in the garden, catching up on some of my favourite blogs:

Enjoy your Sunday, whatever you’re up to.

This weekend I have spent a lot of time packing up my old house as the sale of it and the purchase of our new home move forward. As a result, today is all about relaxing and catching up on my blog reading.

I seem a little addicted to hair tutorials this week:

My first week in my new job has been a really exciting and interesting time. I’m definitely feeling energised and enthusiastic and very positive about the move.

This weekend has been all about enjoying the gorgeous summer weather (how amazing is the sunshine Britain?) and relaxing – a lot!!

Now then, for a little light weekend reading with your morning coffee:
